About Me:

Chelsea Ziegler is the Managing Attorney of the Ziegler Law Firm.

Her expert knowledge is focused on elder law litigation, probate litigation, estate administration, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships (protective proceedings).

She also assists families with estate planning, LLC formation, special needs and public benefits. Chelsea handles real estate issues, including purchasing and selling of real estate, landlord-tenant dispute, and lease negotiations.

As a natural born planner, Chelsea focuses on meeting her clients’ needs to the best of her ability by providing advice on estate planning, financial planning, and asset protection, to ensure her clients have the best plan for their future, while saving and preparing for their future generations.

In non-estate planning matters, Chelsea is dedicated to obtaining the best outcome for her clients, whether it comes from mediation or trial. She approaches each case with compassion, patience, and determination to achieve the best conclusion, taking into consideration her client’s emotional and mental well-being during the litigation process.

Originally from New York, and having worked as legal staff with a focus in civil litigation, Chelsea moved to Colorado in 2014, where she worked in small to mid-size firms, where she has specialized in estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, as well as trust and estate litigation. Chelsea has also served as a Special Needs Trust Officer, where her practice focused on the administration of special needs trusts, irrevocable trusts, and public benefits for beneficiaries.
